The Mirto Bianco is the restaurant of Montecallini. Here the uniqueness of Salento’s culinary culture blends with the Mediterranean tradition and the imagination of our Chef. The careful choice of raw materials, coming partly from our garden and partly from local producers and suppliers, combined with the wise and meticulous processing, create our "philosophy" of taste. It’s a guided journey through scents, flavors and scents that recall history but are renewed conceptually.


A pleasant awakening characterizes the breakfast of the Hotel Montecallini. A wide and accurate selection of raw materials produced by our garden, embellishes the rich buffet, which consists of sweet and savory products. A source of pride are the cakes and tarts, expertly prepared by the kitchen teams that, in a professional and according to tradition, offers every day different desserts. There is also a wide choice of local products, from cheeses to focaccia, to baked goods. Always attentive to the needs of our guests, the buffet also includes products for celiacs and various intolerances. We also offer the early breakfast service at the bar of the Hall from 4:00 for guests who like to get up early in the morning, who will find a coffee machine to prepare a good espresso, croissants and biscuits, water and juices.

Light lunch

The restaurant offers, during lunch time, a selection of cold dishes, the result of a careful choice between the proposals of Salento and international. From salads harvested from the garden, to the typical "frisellata" salentina, always enriched by products to "cm"0, of our land. Guests can choose to have lunch on the characteristic "platform", located among the scents of our garden.
